Marketing services for exporters and other companies
In our advisory and supportive services for exporters, manufacturers and primary producers, we try to develop a partnership with the company, aiming to combine our external knowledge with the internal knowledge of the company.
Newcomers to the European markets will need contacts with potential buyers and market information. The market information should serve to select the most attractive countries and channels and to define the marketing mix. These companies may also need specific information on business practices and legal requirements.
Companies already active in Europe may wish to improve their effectiveness. We can perform an evaluation of their current marketing effort. This will identify the best options to increase sales. We may for example recommend specific market segments, channels and buyers. To address these markets, we may recommend external certification. We may also recommend improvements in the products and services. If so desired, we may accompany or represent these companies in visits to buyers and agents.
Our marketing services –listed below– cover all areas of the planning cycle: planning, implementation and evaluation. Our advice may concern strategic or operational aspects. We also provide practical support: preparing business visits; communication with customers; and selling. The services are based on thorough knowledge of the target markets and flexible in their content and scope.

Market facilitation
Our market facilitation is based on a long-term agreement with an exporter to market his products. This substantially simplifies his marketing and sales efforts. He gains maximum benefit from our knowledge of targeted markets, while delegating some of the operational responsibilities. It is especially useful for exporters who wish to concentrate on their operations in origin, who lack the capacity to market abroad directly, or for whom Europe is a secondary market.
Sourcing for importers
Under this arrangement we look for new sources of supply for an importer. For many importers sourcing in origin is very time consuming, and a bottleneck for the success of the business. Such importers have a large customer base and have difficulty in mobilizing enough supply. With our network and expertise we can help them with that.
